Veena Ugargol is a Sivananda qualified yoga instructor. She completed her training in Neyyar Dam, Kerala, India. Her hatha yoga classes highlight the stress relieving aspects of yoga whilst increasing flexibility, building core strength and improving posture. They are designed to promote mental as well as physical well being by using techniques that focus the mind and facilitate dealing with day to day and long term stresses. Yoga will leave you feeling relaxed whilst energised and revitalised. The pace is gentle yet challenging and classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga as well as those who are already practising.

Having completed the first leg in New York last week led by the lovely Jen Mazer, Yoga for Haiti journeys into London for Part II.
All are welcome to take part in 3 special yoga practises led by Veena, Amy and Hayley, dedicated to Haiti. You're welcome to stay for all 3 or just drop in for 1 or 2. Times and schedule for the afternoon will be updated in due course.
Anyone can join in - even those completely new to yoga - in fact it's the perfect time to try it out. Peace comes from within and by taking care of yourself, you're also taking care of others.....
All you need to do is bring yourself and your friends. There's a £10 minimum donation - all proceeds will go to the DEC fund for Haiti.
