Veena Ugargol is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher. She has completed training qualifications from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in Neyyar Dam, Kerala, India with further advanced training in Edensee, Vietnam. Veena is also a qualified yoga therapist for mental health specialising in the treatment of stress, depression, anxiety and trauma having completed her training with Heather Mason at the Minded Institute, London. Drawing on her training and experience, Veena teaches dynamic hatha yoga classes that highlight the stress relieving aspects of yoga whilst increasing flexibility, building core strength and improving posture. Her classes are designed to promote mental as well as physical well being by using techniques that focus the mind and facilitate dealing with day to day and long term stresses. Yoga will leave you feeling relaxed whilst energised and revitalised. The pace is gentle yet challenging and classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga as well as those who are already practising.
